Return Policy for Prada Paradoxe

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with Prada Paradoxe. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our 7-day return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at tamme7979@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a replacement, please return the item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
